Metronic Global Berhad (“The Company” or “MGB”) was incorporated in Malaysia under the Companies Act, 1965 on 22 October 2003. The Company was listed on MESDAQ Market of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad on 24 May 2004. The listing of and quotation for the entire issued and paid-up share capital of the Company was transferred to the Main Board of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad on 12 July 2007.
